Got a runny nose? To stay healthy, you will be helped by 3 simple procedures for the treatment of the common cold.
Autumn is in the yard, so we often complain of a cold or runny nose. How to get rid of rhinitis and improve well-being? With a prolonged runny nose, it is important to do three procedures in combination.
Washing the nasal passages
To do this, use a solution of sea salt or herbal infusion (heather, calendula, sage, eucalyptus, St. John’s wort).
Oil instillations
To get rid of a runny nose, buy an oil solution of chlorophyllin in a pharmacy or prepare the oil yourself. Take olive oil and corn oil in equal proportions. St. John’s wort insists on it for a day, then warm it up in a water bath for three hours. Let cool, drain and instill after washing 5-6 drops in each nostril (in the supine position).
Warm rubbing
After washing and oil installation (best done before going to bed), apply a warming ointment based on Asterisk balm (or oil infused with warming spices) to the projection of the frontal and maxillary sinuses on the face. This will help cure a runny nose. Cover the area of the nasopharynx for a while with a warm scarf.
This set of procedures against a prolonged runny nose must be done every evening for 7-10 days, and oil instillations – 2-3 weeks.
IMPORTANT! Be sure to consult a doctor to undergo medical treatment and avoid complications.
