Puerto Rican Shelley has always been close to the problem of excess weight. From a young age, she either dropped extra pounds, then recovered again, gaining even more. Ultimately, over 10 years of these swings, the mark on the scales approached 200 kilograms, and Shelley realized that it was time for her to resort to drastic measures.

First, the girl did a gastric bypass and immediately decided to radically and forever change the principles of nutrition. Since then, she has followed a vegetarian diet, which helped her forget about diabetes, asthma, and high cholesterol.

It is worth recognizing that after such a complex operation with weight loss, everything did not happen as quickly as we would like. But in the end, after 7 years of healthy eating and regular training, Shelley managed to get rid of 135 kilograms!

And although the Puerto Rican lost weight rather slowly, she could not avoid the appearance of sagging skin. The situation was aggravated by the birth of a child – for some time Shelley could not decide on extreme measures.

Finally, in 2021, Shelley experienced her first facelift and skin removal surgery. Ahead of her is another complex of transforming operations, but the girl is already insanely happy with her new figure. No wonder, because judging by the video from TikTok, before the extra skin greatly prevented Shelly from admiring her reflection in the mirror!
